Lindsey + Justin Part Two
North Avenue Beach Engagement- For part TWO of Lindsey + Justin’s engagement session, we headed to one of the most iconic Chicago engagement and photo locations – North Avenue Beach! It’s the perfect place to capture the skyline of Chicago. The walkway is long and stunning- and right along Lake Michigan. And even in the busiest of seasons, I can always manage to find a spot to shoot. And a bonus, if it’s a super nice day- you can turn around and get beach photos in addition to the skyline photos. Seriously, you could do an entire engagement session at this one location and have more than enough content and multiple changes of scenery.

Lindsey picked the absolute perfect dress for part two of the shoot. I mean, her part one dress was epic too (view that session here!) but this long, form-fitting, little white dress stuck out perfectly against all the blues of the lake, city, and stormy evening sky. When you choose such a stunning location, it’s important to make sure that you, the bride, are still the main character. And was she ever! (Justin, you were great too!)
And I love that they brought a bottle of champagne to pop and share, at the very end of the shoot. We had a couple mishaps getting it open (who doesn’t?) but we ended up pulling it off big time.
Nailed it!
